165 can't shift pto

Scott Fahser	have 165 gas MF I can't shift pto into engine speed lever to engauge pto it just grinds. tractor just had anew clutch installed. Any info would be helpful.
Breda	Your second clutch is not properly adjusted. To test fully engage clutch to the floor, set trottle to min and as you try to push PTO lever into gear pull out engine stopper. As engine stops, the PTO should slip into gear and be fully engaged when you restart the engine. Let me know what happens and we will take to next stage.
Scott Fahser	Breda thanks for the replay. yes I can get the pto to engauge that way but when you try to start im turning over the pto and engine at same time. who do you adjust second clutch?
