Rotary Tiller for MF65
| Herfurd | Hello to All. I want to put a tiller on my tractor but I need to know if I can put one that is rated for 25hp. I know the MF65 is rated at 45hp but the smaller units are cheeper. Also which is better a gear driven or chain driven Rotary Tiller? Thank You!!!!!

| Leon | You can always put an undersized implement on a tractor, but one careless mistake and you will most likely destroy it. The one thing I would be concerned about with rototilling is that it is wide enough to cover your wheel tracks. Otherwise on every pass you will be compacting soil you just fluffed up. -Leon |
| Herfurd | Thanks Leon. I am looking at one that is rated for 25hp and has a chain drive. The dealer said if I hit something the clutch should slip and if that doesnt work the chain should break. So I realy do not know what to do.
