wont start hot!
| JasonG | I was brush hogging my field today for the first time with my MF 20 and it will not start if i shut it down and and dont wait 30 min or so to cool. Motor is a 3 cyl perkins with 2050 hrs. I had spark and fuel flow to carb. Any Ideas. I was told to check compresion once its hot. Comp shoul be at least 80 psi? any help is appreciated

| GEEBEE | Does yours have the solenoid fuel shutoff on the carb ? i wonder if that could be acting up ? also check to see the rubber hose from the air filter ain't collapsing, Comp test would be good idea, 90psi would be better but more important for all 3 cyl to be close to same values

| JasonG | Thanks for all your info GEEBEE. Ill take a look at the fuel solinoid and its wiring, and do a comp test tomarrow. As for my previous post the seriel num. is 9AI6524I. The loader has front hyd. pump. |
| GEEBEE | It shows as a 1973 model
