|Carl Tunich||Do you mean the rotation of the input shaft. From what I have been able to find out that is the only rotation that is specific on the Eaton's.
Eaton has a site where you can see all they publish on the model 6,7,10, and 11 models.
|Carl Tunich||The drawing that I printed out from Eaton shows that the model 6 and 7 both have the direction/speed control shaft coming out of the front bottom of the hydrostatic transmission. This shaft rotates about 14 degrees clock wise and counter clock wise. As the shaft is rotated from the center point the displacement of the pump is changed. That is how Eaton designed the unit to change direction and speed.
I have a tractor with the Eaton model 11 in it. I just purchased a new one cause my old one had significant wear in it.
I just looked at it and I can't see any difference between what would happen with the input turning cw vs ccw.
Were you able to find the transmissions on the Eaton site?
|Randall Kinder||The Eaton model 7 hydro-pump on my Simplicity mower (Simplicity pump part # 1700690) is evidently going bad (losing drive power when hot). Where can I get a good price on a new or rebuilt one ? Thanks.
|Larry L Gramm||Would anyone have an input shaft to an Eaton Model 11 transmssion? Used is OK.
|John||We stock many whole units and parts for Eaton hydrostatic transmissions including input shafts.
We also stock models 600, 700, 1100, and 1120 series.
