|Joe||I broke off the linkage that operates the blade from being engaged and disengaed. I need to find a manual of my rider--1980 red Sears, rear chain drive, 3spd forward and 1 reverse, 8 HP (Briggs and Stratton), 30" cut.
In addition, I have problems when I use my riding for more than 20 minutes; it stalls on me many times, any ideas why ?
|Leonard||I have the same problem with a 1986 Sears (made by Murray) - the idler assmebly for the blade broke and the replacement part is not available from the manufacturer. Any sources?
