| owen carrel | wHICH MPTOR IS BETTER, THE 17 NHP KOHLER OR THE 20 HP TWIN BRIGGS ?

| Sirmowalot | You are probably going to get posts on both sides of this fence. The Briggs will be less expensive to maintain and buy parts for. Personally I have no love for Kohler engines. They seem to not live as long as the Briggs.

| Larry | I have Craftsmen lawn tractor with 18 HP Briggs and Stratton. Ran over a stump and after that, had to turn the flywheel to get starter to engage. After a year or so, this will not get it to engage. Do I need new flywheel and starter? Does motor have to be out of tractor do it?
