| Rich Granowski | This tractor, new with only 8 hrs of run time is and always has been hard to startcold. I must choke fully when cold and then crank and crank before it fires. It almost seems like the carb bowl is empty and must fill before it supplies the engine. Am wondering if others have experienced this problem and what was done about it. Also, am looking for a manual for this tractor |
| mark | How cold is cold? I use to keep mine in the shed and always needed to use starting fluid to start it in the winter. Half way into this winter I finally put it in the garage which is attached to the house. It is always above freezing in there. Now it starts right up for me. |
