JD LX176 Hydrostat will not go forward or reverse

Sheryl My "93" John Deere LX176, with Hydrostat transmission, will not go forward or backwards. It was working fine when I put it into the garage after mowing last week. I check the oil and it is full. The brake is not engaged. Any ideas as to what may be wrong with it? Thank you.
Joe Check the following, eng/trans drive belt not broken/off eng pulley, trans not in freewheel(hand push tractor mode)shaft keys that tie wheel hubs/rims to rear axles aren't missing/sheared,if key on either axle missing/sheared,tractor will not move, check shaft keys on eng & trans input pulley, that either isn't sheared
Sheryl Thank you, Joe. The drive belt was off of the pulley. I have purchases a new belt and installed it. Quite a job. But the tractor is running. Thank you.
