Richard 416 wheelhorse with onan engine..it surges!! changed filter and pump, still surges, ?????????
Joe Check for dirt/water in carb bowl,dirt in low speed/idle passages,float level,loose carb or bad mounting gasket for carb,weak,disconnected gov spring.
