Model 170 JD lawn tractor blade ntensioner

Ellie	Hi, My blade tensioner is releasing by itself and I cannot lock it in place. It appears that part # 36 may be worn out as the handle portion moves to where it should be. Any ideas and where to buy? Thanks in advance!
