B6200 fuse location

Gene Barrett Will someone explain to me where (if any) the fuses and fusible links are on a B6200 2WD? My starting circuit shorted out a month ago. If I turn key to start there is nothing. If key turned to on both lights light. Turn key to preheat and there is nothing.
