tractor won't shut off

Bill Hi,
My B2150 won't turn off with the key anymore. I have to use the engine stop knob. Any suggestions?
JOE Electric fuel shut off valve not working.
Bad valve.
Bad wire connection.
Bad or blown fuse.
One or all the above.
