rear wheel lug problem

Brian Efaw My 3830 was fitted with a Bradco 511 backhoe by a local Kubota dealer and this unit wieghts in at about 1600 lbs w/ a 24" inch bucket @ approx 170 lbs.
My problem is that since I have had this unit I have had to torq the inner lugs on to the hub numerous times since I purchased it in June of o7. Now I can not keep them torq to a 160 lbs for more than an 1 hour run time. I now have lug hole damage and need to replace both inner disc at about 200.00 dollars apiece.
The unit at this time is setting at a closer dealers yard awaiting a Kubota REP to see the damage and determine if the Bradco 511 is to heavy for the 3830 tractor. this dealer is convinced that the unit is to heavy and that is my wheel torq problems. I also ask this dealer what size of backhoe is the largest that would fit that Kabota made and they say it should have been fitted with the BH90 but I checked the wieght on this backhoe and it wieghts approx 2300 lbs. To make a long story somewhat shorter....I am confused on what my actual problem is...is it the wieght of the complete unit or what...any suggestions?

farmm I have heard of wheel problems before on a similar model. Unless you transport the tractor a lot, the outriggers should support the backhoe weight and not put undo stress on the wheels. One other thing you could ask is does it have tapered wheel studs or solid bolts with washers, it appears the solid bolts with washers and lock washers work better, but only if the wheel is set up that way. Also isn't 2300lbs more than 1600lbs, funny dealer.
