| Normo | I am looking for a tractor to put in a driveway and to help with some land clearing that I will be doing. I plan on pulling stumps (size range from 1” to 24”), skidding trees and removing some top soil and pilling it up for later use. I have been looking at the J.D. 950 and 1050 model, 4x4 with a front end loader and curious if either one of these tractors will perform what I need it to do. Also I have been looking at both Ford (New Holland) and Kubota tractors only because the prices seem to be a little more reasonable. Any advise would be helpful also if you no where I can get my hands on a used tractor. The dealers seem to be a bit pricey. |
