Guys, I have a model 322 lawn tractor with a 48' mowing deck. My local JD dealer keeps giving me the wrong belts for the deck. I have tried the JD parts website but haven't had any luck there. I thought you guys might be able to help. Thanks

It would help us if you could tell us the model number of the deck. More than one deck was available, by the way, the 322 is a very nice tractor.

I believe your deck is a model 47 and the internal belt that drives all 3 blades should be M41960 per JD Parts. The belt from the tractor to the mower, I am having a tougher time tracking down.

Thanks Joe, I'll try that part number this afternoon. While we're on the subject, I noticed yesterday that I have a bad bearing on the mowing deck. I've never replaced one before, are there any special tools or tips I need to be aware of before I replace it? Thanks again.

To replace the bearings, just use good quality wrenches. Nothing worse than rounding off a nut.
