| ross | I'm pretty sure that the only plastic gears in a V-Twin Kawasaki is the water pump and the governor gears.

| GREG | THATS CORRECT THE WATER PUMP IS THE ONLY PLASTIC GEAR, THEY STOPPED PUTTING THE PLASTIC CAM GEAR AROUND 1999 IN THE 425 AND 445 |
