| Greg Chromoga | I recently bought some land with only a few cleared acres(several 1/2 and 1/4 acre sites) I want to buy a tractor but I don't want more than I need. I'd like to have a front loader on something big enough to pull a disc and a brush hog. I'm planning to put in food plots for the deer and turkey. Any suggestions on tractor and model?

| bontai Joe | Since you are on the John Deere forum, I'll suggest some new Deeres, the 2210 4WD, the 790, and the 4010 4WD as a place to start. these machine all start at around $10,000 with no attachments and will do the work you described. If the budget is tighter, then I'd recommend looking for a Cub 5000 series, or possibly something used.
