|Brit||JD 425 lawn tractor (2000 model) - fuel pump not running and I suspect the fuse, but can not locate it. No help in the manual either. anyone know where it is?
|Dave J||I'm not sure how old this post is but did you check to see if you're getting power to the pump?
The power wire to my fuel pump had broken off it's multi pin connector (near the starter) and it took a bit of trickery but I got it soldered back onto the male part of the multi pin connector.
Works fine now.
|J D Lambright||I'm also having a problem locating the fuel pump fuse on my 1996 John Deere 425 AWS. The manual says it's "located on the wiring harness (not shown". It seems like I have looked everywhere, but I can't find it.
I would appreciate any comments.
