JD 4430 hydraulics

Having hydraulic pressure to clutch problems with a jd 4430 quad range. Pressure ok when oil cool, low when oil warm. Rebuilt clutch 2 times, rebuilt 2 speed. checked and rebuilt clutch walve assembly, rebuilt transmission pump, added shims to clutch pressure regulating valve, too many shims makes pressure 300lbs cold, 180 hot. This is ok but now hydraulic oil filter relief valve housing blowing gaskets. cannot determine what is causing the drop in pressure

use a infered temp gun to locate where in the hydraulic system is the hottest point. is the pres. reg. spool sticking? check for scoreing on the spool.
