john deere 4000

Andy Was wondering what the pto output was on the 4000. was there a way to shift for a 540 or 1000 pending on what you hooked up? I heard some tractors were like that.

Thanks for any help on this. Or any other information that can be given about the 4000.
beeffarmer1 I own one they have about 85 pto hp you have to change shafts to go from 540 to 1000. Ross
