Both tractors have draws that drain the RH battery. May be the voltage regulator? on the JD 3020

4020 24 volt? If so both tractors have a "split load" system where half the lights on each fender run off one battery and the same for the other battery. So my first question is, do all the lights work? 24v starter and generator, 12 batteries and lights. If the small wire from the battery, (left one usually) has blown it's fuse, then your sending 24v to the lights. If the small wire fuse is ok and you have water in both batteries and all the lights work, then I can think of no reason for one battery to drain, unless it's gone by. If you have one light on each fender working, but not all four, that would be a great reason for a battery to run down.
