4430 steering problems

Alex My 4430 steering "shimmys" after it gets hot. When I first run it I can turn it as fast as I want, but towards the end of the day it has to be eased around to avoid the shimmy. Whenever it does start the vibration, I can stop, turn it hard right or left to the stops bring it back slowly and then I can go on. I have replaced the steering block behind the console and all new JD hyd. lines. I have also changed the hyd. filter at least 3 times with no avail. Fluid level is full at all times. could it be the fluid? Thanks for your time if any one has any ideas.
John Heine Better check steering motor for leak off.
