5410 loader trouble

Kevin Hogin I have a 5410cab tractor with a 5420 loader,joystick control.The cylinders that raise the loader up&downd keep blowing seals.the tilt cylinders are o.k.,sometimes the loaders has a screeching sound.Loader has been greased.Screeching sound does not happen when raising bushhog,just loader.Loader or cylinders do not look bent or warped.Any suggestions??
