| Keith | eng was rebuilt, idles great. Good power. Flutter I can't get out of it, done everything to correct carb adjustments. gov to throttle linkange adjustment, still some flutter at full power, just can't get out.

| Bob G | Not quite sure what you mean by flutter, but what about springs? maybe one too weak or too strong? what happens if you hold the arm from the gov? maybe it is time to overhaul the gov? just guessing!! Good luck |
| lha | Hook a bush-hog,disc or other load, then rig up a string TEMPORARILY so that you can give it more gas.adjust high speed needle jet to 2 turns out, start out mowing etc.when it starts to "flutter",pull carefully on string, and see what happens.if it stops fluttering,it is probably the governor.remove string,as it is dangerous.you don't want to blow a good motor.---lha
