MY hydraulics
| Richard Larson | My back blade doesnt lift very high, and when it gets really cold it doesnt want to lift at all. I bought hydraulic oil from tractor supply, and a manual for the tractor, I know where to drain the fluid, but dont know where to refill? I have a 1949 ford 8n

| Bob G | fill point is right on top of trans next to shift lever. three drain points one fill point. you may have other problems tho. sounds like you have a worn cam follower pin. do google seach for joh smith ford 8n. he has a real good site and under maintenace section he talks about the pin. Good luck |
