| sal | Asked for Autolite 437 at parts store and they gave me Autolite 85 and told me they are the same. Anyone familiar w/ Al 85?
|
| Bob G | I would take them back and get your money back and find a store that sells the 437. NAPA stores have them. the reach on the 85 is shorter and the heat range is different. No way do they cross reference each other. the reach on the 85 is 3/8. on 437 it is 7/16" the 85 has a resitor and the 437 does not. the 85 is made for noise suppression and is a cooler plug. |
| sal | thanks, i will take them back. glad you guys are here, you are of great help.. thanks again for your input.
