| Bob G | "Backfires when I run the PTO" You got a mower or such hooked up when it happens?? May need a carb adjustement. may be too lean. the dieing part, check for fuel. check all the filters and for flow through the carb. |
| michael keefe | thanks, checked filters. there good, i'am running a bushhog to cut my grass, rebuilt carb, new points, run fine when idleing. thanks mike

| Jim Loveridge | My NAA would do the same thing, not the PTO part but would start missing and surging after about 1/2 hour of work. Acted like it was running out of fuel. Turned out to be a tired ignition coil. Check yours to see if it feels hot to the touch when it starts acting up, or just replace it.

| michael keefe | thanks jim, may get new coil. i'll check back with you later. thanks mike
