9n dies with throttle advanced

Craig My 9n will start and idle fine, but when the throttle is increased it will die. Ran fine last week when it was parked, any ideas?
Bob G might check for fuel flow thru the carb by removing the plug on the bottom. should get a pint in two or three minutes. check linkage to gov.
