From what i can seee of the front of the tractor in your pictue I would say it is a 801 power master. the serial number should be on the flat just forward of the starter. may have to remove several layers of paint. Don't look like it was orginially blue in color. I used some acetone when i was looking on my 8n. then smiths site has the breakdown what it means
| Bob G | the steering in the front looks worng, could you post another picture showing the front of the tractor? |
| Ron Murray | I will get another picture and post it. Thanks for all of the help. This tractor looks alot like mine. You have been a real blessing. Have a Great day. |
| Larry | Is it supposed to be blue and gray? It could be a 4000 the first year they were blue. My dad had one. They were similar or almost the same as the 800 series other than the color change. The hood was rounded and not square like they changed over to.
| Bob G | It looks like I am seeing a frame that the engine sits in. I don't ssee that on the 801. any lucj finding the serail nmber?
| BoB G | I also do not see the drag links that go to the front axle. Under if the hood and grill belongs on the tractor? Are you sure it is a ford?
| Larry | Looks like a Ford with a narrow front end. I can't really see that good in the picture. I think it is a Ford that has had some serious modifacation work ha. Ron we need some more pic. It has to have a serial number on it somewhere. Let us know please Im going nuts over this.
