Ford NAA Clutch

David Knapp I just got my NAA running again. It sat for almost 2 years without running. The problem I have now, when I push the clutch pedal to shift gears the clutch does not engage. When I moving and push the clutch pedal the tractor does not stop. when stopped with the pto running, pushing the clutch does not stop the pto from running. Thanks in advance for any advice that is given.
