|JC||After running about 15-20 minutes with PTO engaged and brush hog, tractor smells hot, then smoke from under hood on left side, and oil light comes on. Engine also seems a bit noisier and perhaps fan pinging occasionally. Just had new fan belt put on and oil changed. Oil and temperature guage look ok. It has done this two days in a row. (First time, when I disengaged PTO and raised throttle the light went off.) Any idea on the cause and will it hurt to run it for short periods of time?
