Ford 3000 hyd pump question - rebuild kit

joegarrettt I am working to rebuild my 3000 hyd. pump but can't figure out how to remove the "plug." the plug is on the end of the drive housing and covers the nut to access the wobble shaft and seal. I can remove the snap ring but the plug is larger than the opening. any ideas on how this thing can be removed?
