New Holland 2120 Hydraulics

tap I have a 1998 New Holland 2120 tractor. I'm having trouble with the rear 3 point hydraulic lift. It will not raise with a load. I have checked the fluid and it shows full, the front loader operates normal. Can anyone direct me further. Thanks in advance!!!
