| Cloud | Will Register Hello, You have posted 2 out of 3 alphanumeric numbers to try to identify your tractor unit. The model number is missing; this is located in the same area that the other two numbers came from. They are stamped on the right hand side of the transmission on top of the upper implement mounting boss. Since there are several versions of the model 3600 this maybe useful. Your unit was assembled on June 20, 1979, and your serial number confirms it to be a 1979. The model 3600 was built from 1975-1981. Without your model number, we cannot actually know what model it really is. Be safe. Cloud |
| Sean in PA | If those numbers are from the block, then they are the S/N and production code for the engine only. The model number, production code and S/N for the tractor are on the bell housing of the transmission, just aft of the starter. |
