Ford 3000 was idle long time

Guy Ward	I have a 1974 Ford 3000 that has been parked for about 5 years. It is a 3 cyl diesel with manual shift. It is eqipped with a brush cutter. It has been under cover but in a warm humid environment (Hawaii - Hilo Coast). One front tire has gone flat. Any suggestions on what I need to do to run it again?
Kevin	Change all oils and filters drain old fuel and change fuel filter. leave fuel shut off pulled out and crank the engine. use 30 sec on (cranking) 90 sec off (not cranking). Till it builds engine oil pressure. after it builds oil pressure the push shutt off in and let it start. You might need to hook up a charger to help it along.
