1967 ford 4000
| Frank | My ford 4000 will lift my heaviest implements easily with the draft control in the non- floating mode, but does not lift well in the float mode. It also pulsates when holding a position in the the non-float mode, and will not hold position at all when the engine is shut off. I'm thinking it could be a check valve or relief valve that is weak. Any advice on this would be greatly appreciated, Thanks

| Shaun Wallace | The 3pt lift has no float mode. some ACVs are avaiable with float. If 3pt leaks down at fast rate with engine off. Seal on 3pt lift piston is worn out. Uses oring and leather backup.
