ford 2600 hydraulic problems

matt I have a 1982 ford 2600 diesel and the hydraulics stopped raising when equipment is on the three point it has external hydraulics on the back. does any body now why it wont even lift a box grader but as soon as you unhook the equipment it raises up but very slowly.
