|George Schubkegel||My church has a International Harvester Model 140 tractor that we use to mow the lawn in the cememtery etc. I need to know what oil should be used in the PTO/hydraulic lift for the mower deck?
|robert brown||I use HY_TRAM
|MGS||Aren't the hydraulics and pto two separate things?
If I recall correctly, the hydraulic lift is located under the gas tank and uses either SAE 30 oil or hydraulic oil. The PTO is a gear box bolted to the end of the transmission and uses SAE 90 gear oil.
Maybe I'm thinking of a different tractor.
