|barbara jackson||it fills the oil pan up with diesel.replaced the injectors,ran 45 minutes then did the same thing.pump was rebuilt with the same results.put old injectors back in and still did it.my brother-in-law needs help to figure out this problem.he has already spent a lot of money
|MGS||If there is a fuel transfer pump on the block (I don't remember if there is one on the 254) then that could be the culprit. This is the pump that moves fuel from the tank, through the filters and into the injector pump.
If that isn't it, then the seal on the injector pump drive shaft must be leaking. I don't think a bad injector could fill the crankcase with fuel. The engine (especially those little guys) wouldn't run if an injector leaked that much.
