B414 - big trouble

ben I have a B414 Diesel which suddenly developed a pile of smoke, scraping sound from the motor, vibration and oil being forced through the upper gaskets and oil filler. Obviously this is big trouble - please provide an idea of the problem to assist in my obtaining quotes for parts or repair (and for me to make a decision of whether it destined for the scrap heap).
