1966 434 international hydraulics not lifting

devin hey i have a 1966 434 internationl tractor and the 3 point hitch wont lift my blower when i bought the tractor 5 years ago it did and now when its cold it will but when its hots it wont i replaced the pump and it still wont lift it can any one help me what i should do or try next
Hugh MacKay Devin: I don't know much about a 434, however it has to have a hydraulic filter. Should be on the suction side of pump. If that filter is plugged it could be starving pump of oil. Check and if necessary change before you operate the tractor much. Pumps starved of oil don't last very long.

If that is not the problem, it has to be in the control valve or pressure relief valve. I you can find an IH service manual, it should have a good trouble shooting section on those valves.
