Farmall 560 rear lift hydraulics
| Diane Crandall | We just purchased a Farmall 560 and we are finding that the rear quick hitch hydraulics do not want to stay up where you stop them, they slowly lower down and you have to keep raising it up. Any suggestions why this is doing this and what we should look for to correct this? Thanks! Diane |
| Hugh MacKay | Diane: From your description I would say hitch lift cylinder needs rebuilding. Most hydraulic shops can do that. One exception, if the hitch is continually hunting for a level, it could be in the tele-a-depth control valve. In that case it would move both up and down continually. From your description I'd call it the cylinder. |
