replacing ball socket on lift arm

danny stanley Can anyone advise me as how to replace the ball socket on a lift arm of a Massey Ferguson 251xe. had one fall out and cant get the new one in. the other side is held in by a cotter pin but cannot force it out. just need someone to tell me how to get a new on in.
