fuel line CI5250

Tom O'Neill There are two fuel lines coming out of fuel tank. One goes to the filters where does the other go and what does it do? It seems to have bubbles coming out of it at the connection. Can this contribute to it running rough or not at all? The temp is 15 degrees today. All fuel filters have been replaced.
