Kubota BX1850 turns over but won't start, blowing 15amp ACC fuse.

Purchased 5/2007, not that many hours on it...used it to cut down some high grass/weeds (mostly dead, winter now) on about 2 acres. Tractor cut out and will not start. Plenty of fuel, Air filter ok, Fuel filter ok. Puff of black smoke when engine turns over. It is turning over and wants to start, but seems to not be getting gas. Checked fuses, and the 15 amp ACC fuse was blown. By this time, the battery was dying, so attached jumper cables to another 12v battery, replaced that 15 amp fuse, and jumpstarted the tractor. It started! Let it run for a couple minutes, disconnected jumper cables, then tried to move it forward to park it elsewhere. It cut out again. Checked fuses - that 15amp ACC fuse blew again. Replaced fuse again - then tried to start twice, neither time did it start, but it did manage to blow the fuse again. Any thoughts?

Are you sure that its's a 12 volt system and that your fuse is 15 amps.
