Flush radiator

Gerald Ridgeway I want to flush the radiator on my MF-253 tractor. Need advise on finding the block drain plug. In looking at the tractor, I'm guessing it is the place where there in a block heater installed. If this is correct, can I remove the
the heater and drain the block?
