Long 460 Power Steering Problem

jvoor	I have a long 460 tractor and am having power steering problems. Oil level is good but tractor is very hard to steer. I disconnected the two hydraulic lines going into the ram and they both dischage fluid depending on which way the steering wheel is turned. Do ya'll think the pump is bad or could the hydraulic ram be bad? Any advice on troubleshooting the problem would be appreciated. I hate to buy a new pump if that is not the problem. Thanks
mike	sorry i cant help i have a long 350 with a power steering pump thats bad, i cant find parts anywhere can you tell me where to go to get parts, if so please send to my email. thanks mike
Roy	I too have a Long tractor and needed help finding what model I have, I sent the engine serial #s to Shelley at Sundowner Tractor in N.C.(Longs were made in Tarboro N.C.)and she let me know exactly what I had and they even had a manual for it. Good luck!
Roy	Correction: Sundowner tractor is in O.K. not N.C. Sorry! But they can help with the Long parts search.
