D46U pony has little power

stu	I had the pony motor runing ok but now it hardly runs. Doesn't have enough power to pull diesel in run position.Have to use choke to keep running; was terribly laquered up in the begining and I cleaned the tank over and over. Screen at valve is clean.The carb at float bowl looked fine though. Seems that it doesn't get enough fuel.
hector gemme	If your carburator is missing fuel check your line from carburator and tank or its could be the spark plug.
Leroy Delk	If you want to convert from aponey motor to direct electric start give me acall I have been converting pony motors to electric start for over 30 years---------Sincerly----Leroy
juan	My friend look the clutch regulation; and the governor rpm control Is easy acelerate by hand ! if the pony no elevate power m look de spark plugs gap maybe ocacional mistake spark plugs poor or mag missing at speed rpm the compresion is important not less 90psi
