Case 580B CK

steve Very slow movement of hoe. Up and down, side to side. Seems to get worse as it gets used. Bucket on hoe seems to do fine as does the entensions. Front bucket works fine. No rtestrictions/kinks. Someone mentioned something about the return feed line from the hoe back to the bucket loader control assembly.......an o-ring that could be missing? Throw out or feed in assembly? Any ideas? gasman@usadatanet.net and thanks.
Martin Siebert Sounds like a possible "imploded" hose. This is admittedly rare but all it takes is something to smash into the hose and the inside lining kind of collapses. It is almost impossible to see this on the outside of the hose and what happens is it acts like a sort of check valve. When fluid trys to get back thru the more pressure you have the more the hose lining closes internally restricting flow. The rubber high pressure brake line on a cars front brakes will do the same thing. Sometimes it is just from age and deterioration not related to being hit.******* : Very slow movement of hoe.
