580d Swing Problems

Illini Case Today I adjusted my 580d foot swing pedals to a more upright position. The foot swing worked properly before the adjustment. After the adjustment the swing felt sloppy and then there was a pop. Now hardly any swing at all (a little more so to the right than to the left). If I push the foot pedal the hydraulics are cut out to the rest of the hoe. With the machine off I can push the hoe either direction by hand.

David Klinger Hmmm,
I did the same for my 480 CK and found the pedals were hitting the deck. I had to elevate the pedals a bit more so they had more clearance range. That involved a little bending and some shaving of the mounting bolts for a bit more clearance too. Make sure your pedals don't bottom out before the spools actuate.
Good luck
